Argument to the page when you go down there will be a registration form. Complete the table on the following picture, check that you agree to the terms and conditions and click on the REGISTER NOW button.

Once registered, you need to activate the bonus, or have to buy it ad units. This all 4 payment processor should do.
To do this, click on the  after login and then check in to the marked units XS wish to buy and click on the submit button. 
 

On the next page type that you want to buy 3 units, tick the Re-Purchase Balance to want to buy, you can choose the payment processor (the balance, for this is $ 3) and then press the Submit button.
 
I do it all the four payment processors, and from then on you will get the return per hour.

Adding Payment Processor
 
Before initiating any payment transaction, the first thing you do should be to enter your payment processor credentials, because if you remember later, you will not know why you did not get your money back. When registering just one payment processor ID can be specified, but here it is possible to provide all four.
To do this, click on the Account menu Profile menu item. Here you can scroll down the page and there you can enter the credentials from the image. Once you enter, you put check mark next to those that need or want to change and click Update.

Ad unit (Ad Shares) buy
 
Ad unit to be able to buy three sources:

     Cash (Cash Balance)
     Payment processor directly
     Reversals (Re-Purchase Balance)

The Cash Balance to spend you can put money on the payment processor and will also receive commissions from every hour with reference to the commission, as well as the existing ad units after departure. Since there is a direct payment processors also buy mode, so the filling will not go out now, just look at the buying process. 

There click the button, and then select which units you want to buy a sign and hit the submit button. 
   
 








On the next page type that you want to buy many pieces ad units (shares), please select the Cash Balance from, or payment processor you want to buy, or even a Re-Purchase to Balance. Choose the payment processor, then press the Submit button.
 
If the Cash Balance to buy or Re-Balance to Purchase, the transaction is executed, and if the payment processor you want to buy, the next page will list the details of the purchase. Here you can click on the logo of a payment processor. Then redirect to the payment processor page design and implement a standard payment process.
